Throughout 5 days, participants will be sitting on the floor often and there is also some training through Yoga, therefore it is advised to take along comfortable clothing to move around. About the lifestyles of the seminar
The Retreat center is a place to practice nourishment and reestablishment of our mind, body and spirit. So, we will not treat as a guest and will be sleeping in a big room along with other participants. Once you arrive at the seminar, we are all equal as human beings. Daily chore will be divided equally among the participants. Eating is part of the training. The meal consist of (Breakfast) Miso soup, (Lunch) Noodle soup, (Dinner) Brown rice with vegetarian dishes. The portion are rather small (for the purpose of cleaning) and the meals are made of the most natural ingredients available and are carefully planned for balanced nutrition.
The training seminar place is facilitated so that participants are healed just by staying there. For example, all water including bath water used in the facility is KI energized; futons, pillows and carpets are made of special fabric that emits Ki. It is 5 days in the clean air of Ikoma and the "Healing Ki" of Shinkiko.
