Appointments missed without notice will be charged Full Rate.
NO chargefor any situation that affects the patient or the practitioner's personal safety, such as inclement weather conditions, a medical emergency, or a family emergency.
Please keep in mind minor illnesses will benefit from our session. In the case of rare inclement weather office closure, the office will be in touch with you to reschedule.

Refund Policy for FLX Account:
If, for any reason, you want to cancel your pre-paid FLX account the sessions already rendered will be charged per visit based on original fee, plus 3.5% processing fee (if originally bought with a CC) and a cancellation fee of $25.00, which then is subtracted from the FLX account plan.
Type of Session:
◊ Initial consultationand Diagnosis:
Your first session will begin with an intake focusing on current and past life conditions. We will ask you a series of questions, listen to your pulse, and perform some palpation prior to the Hari-session. We will also discuss your condition and plan. No Hari Treatment at this session.
◊ Hari-Session:
After diagnosis, we start Hari -Sessions.
During the session, you may have a realization to "let go" or you may experience a shift in consciousness. This is the power of Hari.
◊ Follow-up:
Your follow-up session will focus primarily on your main complaint as well as any relevant secondary concerns that you may have.
◊ Re-visit:
If it has been over a year since your last session, you will need to book a Re-evaluation consultation along with your session.
◊ Re-evaluation and Hari-session:
Like the Initial consultation and Hari-session, we will discuss in greater detail your current condition as well as future schedule.
◊ Long Session:
Some sessions may take longer, or you may wish to consult with us about practices and lifestyle changes that may be in line with your plan. For these purposes, you may book a Long Appointment.
Insurance Payment:
Some health plans cover acupuncture treatment, please ask your insurance company about your coverage. Do they reimburse for acupuncture? They may have some limitations, such as a number of treatments, conditions treated, the need for a referral from a medical doctor or only cover practioners within thier nework. Please determine this information prior to your appointment. We can provide you with the necessary documentation for reimbursement, which you will submit to your insuarance.
