1.        Chokusetsu-kyu (Direct-Moxibustion)     

                Five times moxa on each point
                Left TW-4 CV-12

        Chinetsu-kyu (Corn Moxibustion) 
               One corn each point
               CV-6, ST-25, Yintang

 
3.       Shiraku (Bloodletting)
               Seiketsu shiraku
              Two points from extremity point (or both TW-1) that selected by diagnosis

 
4.        Chokusetsu-kyu (Direct-Moxibustion)        

              At least two points from Taikyoku point on the back that selected by diagnosis
